Money factor benchmarks

Typical MF ranges by credit tier—captive subvention can beat these. Always confirm tier with the lessor.

MF benchmarks FAQ

Common questions about this calculator. For broader leasing topics, see the full FAQ.

Promotional captive-lender programs (top-tier credit) often run between 0.00050 and 0.00250 (~1.2% to 6% APR). Non-promotional programs and lower credit tiers can run 0.00350+ (~8.4% APR or higher).

Captive-lender programs change monthly; some months feature subvented (below-market) rates as part of a marketing program. Credit tier, term, and trade-in cash can all shift the rate the lessor applies.

Most lenders allow a small dealer-reserve markup. Always ask for the base money factor for your tier and verify against published programs.
