Cheapest cars to lease: November 2026
The cheapest new cars, SUVs, trucks, EVs and luxury models to lease right now, ranked by what they actually cost per month, not by the advertised payment.
By LeaseGuru.ai4 min read
Lease ads rank cars by the monthly payment. That number leaves out the money due at signing, which on most deals is thousands of dollars. We ranked 2,704 live lease listings by true monthly cost instead: the payment plus everything due at signing, spread evenly over the term.
The listings come from US lease brokers tracked by LeaseGuru on October 23, 2026. Most are nationwide offers; the cheapest few are California offers, marked in the region column. Prices change daily, so treat this as a snapshot and check the live list before you shop.

How we calculated this
True monthly cost = monthly payment + (everything due at signing ÷ lease term in months). It does not include taxes or fees the listing leaves out, so your worksheet may differ. We used every active listing on October 23, 2026 that published a payment, a due-at-signing amount and a term of at least 24 months: 2,704 listings across 30 brands and 250 models. Demo cars and model years before 2026 are excluded.
